Mark Knight, the editorial cartoonist for the Murdoch-owned, Melbourne-based Herald Sun, has attracted the ire of everyone from J.K. Rowling to Jamil Smith for his bigoted caricature of Serena Williams “spitting the dummy” as Australians like to say.
